- By Client: You may terminate a project with written notice. Payment is due for all completed work up to the termination date.
- By Us: We may terminate services for non-payment, breach of terms, or if the project becomes unfeasible. You will be notified in writing.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all work completed up to that point becomes the property of the client upon payment of outstanding fees.
12. International Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
For clients in Canada, Germany, Europe, and worldwide:
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by applicable laws. For international clients, we strive to comply with local regulations in Canada, Germany, Europe, and other jurisdictions.
- Dispute Resolution: We prefer to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration as specified in the service agreement.
- Consumer Rights: Clients in the European Union, Canada, and other regions with consumer protection laws retain their statutory rights under applicable local legislation.
